These general terms and conditions govern the purchase of products made remotely via telematic network through the website huyl.com, owned by HUYL S.r.l., with registered office at Piazza della Serenissima 60, 31033 Castelfranco Veneto, Italy.

Purchasing operations are governed by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, while privacy protection is subject to Legislative Decree no. 196/03.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALE

The terms stated in the preamble are an integral and essential part of this agreement.
All contracts will be concluded directly through the consumer’s access to the website huyl.com, where the customer can complete the contract for the purchase of the desired product by carefully following the indicated procedures.
These general terms and conditions must be read online by the customer before completing the purchase procedure.
The submission of the order confirmation implies full knowledge and acceptance of these terms.
According to Article 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the competent court will be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.

SALES PRICES AND PURCHASE METHODS

The sales prices listed on huyl.com are always in € (euro) and inclusive of VAT.
All prices exclude shipping costs and any additional charges
The total shipping cost will be communicated to the customer before purchase confirmation.
The purchase contract is finalized by correctly filling out the form and expressing consent to the purchase through online confirmation. The customer can pay for the ordered goods using the payment methods indicated online at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY


HUYL S.r.l., owner of the huyl.com website, will deliver the selected and ordered products to the address indicated by the customer using the methods described above, through couriers.

The risk of damage or loss of goods remains with HUYL S.r.l. during shipment and transportation, and is transferred to the consumer only when the latter – or a third party designated by them and not the carrier – physically takes possession of the goods.

The only exception, as set out in Article 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, applies when the carrier is chosen by the consumer outside those offered by HUYL S.r.l.: in such case, the risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

LIABILITY


HUYL S.r.l. accepts no liability for disruptions caused by force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, or other similar events that prevent full or partial execution of the contract within the agreed time.

HUYL S.r.l. is not responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks, or other payment methods when paying for purchased products.

In fact, HUYL S.r.l. at no point during the purchase process is able to know the buyer’s credit card number, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the bank service provider.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false, invented, or fictitious data during the registration process necessary to activate the order fulfillment process and related communications.

The customer releases HUYL S.r.l. from any liability resulting from the issuance of incorrect fiscal documents due to errors in the data provided by the customer, who is solely responsible for their accurate submission.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the received goods and obtaining a refund of the paid price. Please check the applicable conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
