The LEGO® Technic 42141 McLaren Formula 1™ Race Car captures the McLaren MCL36 of the 2022 season — the car that marked the team’s return to a clean-sheet ground-effect era. Working steering, suspension and a V6 engine animation are wrapped in the unmistakable papaya livery of the Norris/Ricciardo era, in a model designed in close collaboration with the Woking-based team.

Every HUYL is built around a 5 mm Plexiglass panel — more transparent than glass and roughly 250 times tougher — paired with a solid spruce wood frame that doubles as the wall mount. The set hangs from genuine LEGO® Technic anchors (not generic hardware-store hooks), which protect the model and, on many references, allow the McLaren F1 to be displayed horizontally as well as vertically thanks to two attachment points. On Technic flagships, dedicated aluminium bars carry the load with full discretion.
